For some odd reasons, I seem to get hungry more often than not. I even get woken up by hunger pangs at weird hours in the morning sometimes a few hours after my last meal.
My assumption is that maybe my body is asking for more food cos it wants to create muscle. I sure am eating way more than usual and find that I have been spending my days in the kitchen or buying food.
It all started the end of November and wonder if it has anything to do with the weather, the trip or getting older. I will certainly keep an eye on the scale and see what the deal really is.
On a completely different note, big congrats to my dad for the great achievement in his life. You deserve it and may you rejoice in it.
For now, i have a tuna sandwich to finish then off to bed
