Thank goodness I have air con! I don’t remember such temperatures when I lived in Africa… Maybe that global warming stuff is not just a myth!

Wow, did not know that my name appears first when searching for it in Google! And I always thought that this blog would be only read by those I revealed it to!
Summer’s great. This past w-e was in Ottawa on a DJing trip. Great fun and the ppl were nice to me in ways that I am thankful about. I also saw a friend I had not seen in literally ten years. It was great seeing her again and noticing how much of a great woman she has become.
On another note, left, right and center people around me are having babies! Congrats to all of them. It’s so sad that on the other side of the world, kids are dying in various wars. “Why the children and the innocent civilians?” is the question I never cease to ask myself and God
What does one do when faced with a dilemma? I flip a coin! More on that someday…

Today will also be the day that I shall remember for going through a rather deep emotional turmoil that I will aptly call HS daze

That’s something that happens seldom. Even when I am sick. I still can eat. But today I got wind of a piece of mind-numbing news concerning someone dear to my heart that I can’t even look at food. I can safely say that I really never feel sad so i am not used to this feeling of not knowing what to do with myself.
Thank goodness, I believe in a mighty God onto Whom I can cast my burdens and sorrows which is what I am doing exactly. So Dear Lord, do what you have to do to bring back my natural happiness and see the light at the end of the tunnel!
On another note, France is about to play Portugal. I am so sad that I don’t really care. Oh well, praying & writing about it makes me feel a little bit better already 🙂

Oh what a day…
Canada Day
Moving Day in Quebec
Jazz & Comedy festivals on in full effect
Portugal & France are through to the semi-finals in the world cup
The end of the first part of 2006Today really was a special day. The weather was on and the festivities even more on. This is what makes life in Montreal so unique. It was amazing to see so many flags in the streets from football loving fans. Everyone was united and proud to be in Canada.
What about the summer?
So far so good. Have not really felt the extra warm temperatures that everyone predicted. What’s odd though are the brutal tropical-style rainfalls that happen. They usually last 20 minutes in massive intensity and after that, the sky is clear and the sun is shining. Reminds me of equatorial Africa.

Just realized that I have not posted in months. Yes, I am fine and busy, busy, busy. Still working on great projects and enjoying the pleasure of meeting interesting and nice new people.
With better weather conditions, it’s great to spend off-days outdoors enjoy the sun and yes, nature. I can’t believe that the year is almost half complete!

Lately, I have been so excited about a project that I am starting. It sure is going to change the world and I look forward to the day when all the problems in the world associated with lack of insufficient funds are over.
Stay tuned 😉
